We're at the end of term, huh?

Hello everyone, In this post, I will not present new content like other posts. This post will be about the evaluation of this term.

 In the Educational Technologies lesson, I experienced lots of things besides the challenges I went through. Before taking this course, I had difficulty integrating technology in education and teaching strategies. I had a hard time finding the best Elt blogs, finding suitable materials and websites to help with learning. But I think I have overcome this fear thanks to the weekly tasks. In addition to having fun, these tasks gave me technological competence. Learning about Canva, Picsart, BBC kids, Padlet, and many other apps or websites is one of the most important achievements of this term for me. I am sure that I will benefit from these apps, websites, and tasks in my teaching life and enable my students to benefit from technology in language learning. I also found that as a group member there is much I can learn from my peers. My co-workers helped me see many of my lacks. And I must say, my favorite task was to create podcasts.

Finally, I would like to thank our professor, Gökçe Kurt, who helped us take the first step of creating our blog. Seeing that I broke all my prejudices made me trust myself in educational technologies. She supervised us in all our processes and made us see our lacks, so I learned better how to help my students use technology in education.

 By the way this is not the end, it's just the beginning :). See you!
